As our Customer Success analyst you will join our mission to promote the first B2B Financial Wellness Benefit for companies, to reduce the financial stress among employees and increase their quality of life. You’ll be the main face and voice for our clients ensuring an amazing customer service experience. You’d also have an important role of understanding their needs and motivations and communicating these to the internal teams.

- Ensuring that our customers will get the most out of our experience - answering enquiries over email, phone and social media
- Creating clear email communications for clients consistent with our brand tone of voice and mission
- Understanding our customers - conducting research and presenting your findings to the b2b team
- Onboarding new clients to our platform
- Creating great copy to describe our services to users
- Conducting data analysis of users’ engagement and suggesting ways to make improvements, tracking success against well-defined goals.
- Working with the product team to resolve issues, improve customer experience and maximise usability of the platfor
- Good experience in Customer Success or Account management roles, preferably in tech and data-driven companies
- Has excellent interpersonal, strategic, and creativity skills with a strong business acumen
- Displays excellent communication skills, both in Portuguese and English
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Experience in digital marketing is a plus
- Experience with financial products and investments is highly valued, but not mandatory
